"Thank you for the newsletter. I really like your approach to teaching these girls how to
conduct themselves. The idea of supporting others is so important in all areas of our
lives. Maddie will gain physical strength and skill in your club but more importantly, she
will learn to keep trying and to help others. I was so proud of her when she said a few
days before the Kanata Cup, "I want a medal but I am very proud that I am good enough to
compete in a competition now." I am sure you helped her have such a healthy attitude

"Thanks for the call on Sunday evening - it made Hannah's day. We now
have a very motivated and keen kid. We give you a huge amount of credit
for allowing Hannah to back off last year when she found it all to be
too much, and then gently encouraging her back into it in the spring.
In any other circumstance, I'm sure that she would not be back to
gymnastics. However with your support and encouragement, she's not only
doing it but she loves it and is now keen to compete again. Thank you
so, so much for everything."

"I am delighted to inform you that Ada received an Award of Excellence 2003 with outstanding
Athletic Achievement from the Ottawa Sports Award Organization last Tuesday (May 4, 2004).
Two days later, on May 6, a lady from the CDSS informed me that the Jane Cameron Award goes
to Ada. Upon hearing the good news I am extremely excited indeed. Within two days, Ada's
diligence has been paid off. On this stage,
I have to appreciate your continuous effort in training Ada in good shapes all the time.
Her routines are amazing to both the parents and the team-mates in our community (Ottawa
Rhythmic Cats) with good comments. Being a coach for Ada since 2001, your tremendous
inspiration in raising Ada to the competitive level deserves a credit. Next month Ada will
start a solo as a guest performer in the Carleton University to the public too. We will keep
an eye on it. With best regards and have a precious Mother's Day."
